Glycol-based hybrid 50%
HIBARI® Moto Racing 50/50 is a ready-to-use ethylene glycol-based coolant specially designed to meet the performance requirements of the latest generation of motorcycle engine cooling systems. Containing Hybrid Organic Acid Inhibitor Technology (HOAT), this European-sourced corrosion inhibitor package complies with BS6580 and is free of amines, nitrites and phosphates (NAP) that protect the different metals present in new cooling systems (aluminium, iron and light alloy constructions).
Characteristics:
• It has a low tendency to foam formation, avoiding cavitation
and accelerated corrosion of engine parts.
• Prevents the formation of gels.
• Protects plastic components, hoses and seals.
• Increases boiling point by 130°C.
Applications and recommendations:
It is a ready-to-use product. It should not be mixed with water, it is premixed with deionized water. It prevents cavitation and accelerated corrosion of engine parts and protects plastic components, gaskets, hoses and seals. It increases the boiling point. It is recommended to change every 2 years or 30,000 km of work.
Instructions for use:
Before starting use in your engine's cooling system, it is recommended to check the conditions of the engine, taking into account the condition of the cover, radiator, hoses, thermostat and expansion vessel, verifying that there are no leaks. It is advisable to rinse or flush with water to ensure the removal of any suspended material such as oxides or other contaminants.
