It is an electrical device belonging to the engine ignition system, designed to produce a high voltage charge. The ignition coil is an electrical transformer, which increases the voltage between the two windings it contains inside by electromagnetic induction. The low voltage primary winding is connected to the 12 volt battery, while the secondary winding transforms it into a high voltage electric current of 15 thousand or 20 thousand volts. This current is sent to the distributor and this, in turn, sends it to each of the spark plugs at the precise moment that the fuel explosion time begins in each cylinder.
Ignition Coils HIBARI® are a fundamental part of the ignition system; they provide the initial spark necessary to start the entire engine ignition process. They are developed for each engine according to the original equipment specifications: cylinder coils, dual-spark, four-spark, pencil type, rail type, and with or without integrated electronic module.
HIBARI® provides superior Ignition Coils, laboratory developed from high quality materials, compact for optimal use of engine compartment space and with high ignition voltage for fail-safe operation.
