HIBARI® BASIC PLUS COOLANT LIQUID

Organic water-based anti-corrosive agent

HIBARI ® Basic Plus is a glycol-free coolant fluid produced with the latest technology, ready-to-use, complete formulation and highly compatible with new generation anti-corrosion cooling systems. It provides excellent protection to aluminum and is suitable for gasoline, diesel and gas engines. It is formulated with organic additives that comply with the BS: 6580 standard in order to provide corrosion protection for the entire cooling system. It prevents water pump cavitation and wet engine liners; and it also provides effective long-term protection against corrosion of cast iron, steel, aluminum, bronze, tin, copper, solder, among others.

Features:

  • Organic additives that comply with the BS: 6580 standard (without silicates, nitrates, phosphates or borates).
  • It prevents rust and deposits generated by corrosion.
  • Highly compatible with the new systems of plastic, synthetic and high aluminum alloys materials.
  • It presents low tendency to foam formation avoiding cavitation and accelerated corrosion of the engine parts.

Applications and recommendations:

Specially designed to meet the demanding conditions of cooling systems of all types of commercial vehicle engines (taxis, vans, buses, light and heavy loads) with emphasis on systems that are built with high aluminum alloys. HIBARI® Basic Plus without silicates, nitrates, phosphates or borates; suggests reducing the residue of traditional antifreeze or other antifreeze being replaced to a maximum of 10%. Any mixture in which the residue remains greater than 10% will shorten the useful life of the product. It is recommended to change every 6 months or 50,000 km of work.

Instructions for use:

With a special design to meet the demanding conditions of the cooling systems of all types of commercial vehicle engines (taxis, vans, buses, light and heavy duty vehicles) emphasizing on systems that are built with high amounts of aluminum alloys. HIBARI® Basic Plus is without silicates, nitrates, phosphates or borates; it prompts to reduce to a maximum of 10% the residue of the traditional antifreeze or any other product that is being replaced. Any mixture in which the residue remains greater than 10% will shorten the service life of the product. It is recommended to be changed every 6 months or every 50,000 km.

Specifications level:

  • BRITISH STANDARD BS-6580:2010
  • ASTM D-3306
  • ASTM D-4340

Regarding its organic compounds content, it allows making disposals with less environmental impact.
